Harry Potter is still the king of the decade as it top Amazon’s Best of the Decade List. The on-line retail giant has released its best of the decade list featuring the Best Selling Books, Authors and DVD’s & Blu-Rays of the Decade.
Potter author JK Rowling is at the top of the Best Selling Authors of the Decade as her hugely popular Harry Potter books still continues to enthrall readers around the world. Her last two books, Half- Blood Prince and The Deathly Hallows tops the Best Selling Books of the Decade list. Like wise, the third Harry Potter movie, The Prisoner of Azkaban placed number #6 at the Best Selling DVD’s and Blu-Rays of the Decade.
Not only that, Harry Potter also topped Twitter’s Top Twitter Trends of 2009. The series topped the Movie category, edging out other competitions from Twilight, Transformers, Star Trek and many more.
