Oliver Phelps, who plays blithe adventurer George Weasley in the Harry Potter franchise, showed off his hidden culinary skills in a charity cook-off! The event took place last week, in Oliver’s home-city at Villa park in Birmingham, England. The cook-off, called Marco’s Kitchen, was in aid of Acorns Children’s Hospice.
The participants were under the careful eye of TV super-chef, Marco Pierre White. Oliver and fellow participants cooked a three-course lunch for 170 guests from Villa On A Plate, a charity cookbook.
Diners also enjoyed a main course of honey roast duck with hazelnut noodles – the creation of Sutton Coldfield actor Phelps, who plays George Weasley in the Harry Potter films.
