Daniel Radcliffe has been featured in a threatre photography book entitled, The Half Photographs of Actors preparing for the Stage by Simon Annand. The photo (posted above) features Dan, 30 minutes before his play is about to start. The concept of the book is to capture the raw emotions experienced by the actor just before they launch into a live performance. Here is what they wrote about Dan:

Equus by Peter Shaffer
Gielgud Theatre, 2007
“I wrote to Daniel’s father, who is also his manager, saying that some people in the book started their working lives in the Twenties and he was the youngest person in the book. He was becoming part of a tradition in the theatre and that meant something to him. He’s very serious about his work. Even though he’s carried these multi-million pound movies, he’s also a 17-year-old like any other. So I had to talk a lot during the shoot. We talked about cricket.”
Also, Dan along with co-star Richard Griffiths talked to the National Public Radio, where they talked about Equus. You may listen to their interview through here.
Lastly, (thanks to SCQ member Caroline for the news) Dan is set to appear on the Inside the Actors Studio. Dan is lined up to appear in the 2008-2009 season. Hosted by James Lipton, the show is going to be taped on the 6th October at 7 pm at the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts.
