Full casting has been announced for the Broadway revival of Peter Shaffer’s award-winning play, Equus. The play will star Daniel Radcliffe as Alan Strang and Richard Griffiths as Dr. Martin Dysart. Both are reprising their roles after a successful West End run last year.

Joining the cast are Kate Mulgrew (Hester), Anna Camp (pictured above as JIll Mason), Graeme Malcolm (Harry Dalton), Carolyn McCormick (Dora Strang), Lorenzo Pisoni (pictured above as Nugget/Horseman), Sandra Shipley (Nurse), T. Ryder Smith ( pictured above as Frank Strang) and Collin Baja, Tyrone Jackson, Spencer Liff, Adesola Osakalumi, and Marc Spaulding (horses). Still going to be directed by Thea Sharrock, the play will have a limited run at the Broadhurst Theatre from September 25 to February 8, 2008. Previews will start on September 5.

Rehearsals for the Braodway revival of Equus will start this Friday, 8 August 2008. The award winning play still stars Daniel Radcliffe, as the disturbed Alan Strang, and Richard Griffiths as Dr. Martin Gysart, and will still be directed by Thea Sharrock.  Previews start September 5, with the opening night on September 25. It will be on a limited run until February 8. The play also starts Kate Mulgrew.
