Helen Bonham Carter aka Bellatrix Lestrange has been cast in the new Terminator movie, Terminator: Salvation. In an interview with Scifi.com, she has said that,

Tim [Burton] would have killed me if I hadn’t done it, because he’s such a Terminator fan,” Bonham Carter said, referring to her longtime partner and director on such films as Planet of the Apes. “I’ve been in big movies before, like Apes, and Fight Club was big in a different way, and Charlie [and the Chocolate Factory] and Sweeney Todd were big, but I’ve never been in this kind of big popcorn action movie, a male one, an action one.”

She will play a villain in the movie.

In other news, Tom Felton aka Draco Malfor has been cast as the lead male, Robbie, in E.mma of Lulworth Cove. Speaking to Feltbeats.com, author /producer Ray Stokes has confirmed the Potter actor’s casting.

“We have had word from Tom Felton’s agent this morning and they have accepted our offer and will await the green light.”

“We feel this movie will be a good opportunity for Tom as he’s getting older and needs to think about other roles apart from [Harry Potter] to keep his career on track,” Stokes continued. “We’re very happy to have him and we are more an more convinced he’s make a great Robbie.”

According to Stokes, in his book the character Robbie has dark hair. That doesn’t mean, however, that Tom would have to have dark hair in his role as young Robbie, says Stokes.

“We don’t really know about Robbie’s hair,” Stokes says. “It will depend on what the director wants.”

But, Stokes says, there is the possibility that Tom’s platinum locks could remain. “There is no [reason] why it shouldn’t remain blond,” he says. “Blond hair is quite striking.”

Stokes says Tom Felton will actually be playing the role of “older Robbie,” rather than “younger Robbie,” contrary to what some have previously speculated. Stokes says that Tom’s is the leading part and will have considerable screen time.

“It is a very demanding part as Robbie appears in virtually every single scene in the film,” Stokes said. “[For example,] we’ll need Tom for 6 weeks filming whereas we’ll need Emma (Sara Paxton) for only three weeks filming.”
