Scotsman article about Rowling and Harvard got it wrong

Yesterday, we have posted an article by the Scotsman, on where students from Harvard University expressed their disappointment in having JK Rowling as the commencement speaker in this year’s graduation exercises at the Ivy League School.

In a blog today by the Quille and Quire, it seemed Scotsman writer and author of the article, Tristan Stewart – Robertson, was confused about the blog entry of Adam Goldenberg. The statement made by Mr. Goldenberg came from a blog entry that satirizes the anti-Rowling brigade. He even made a comment against last year’s speaker, Bill Gates, which was also misunderstood by Mr. Robertson.

***thanks to Quille and Quire***

Who said I was confused? Quille and Quire have simply expressed an opinion about the article – that is just opinion, not fact.

You weren’t confused, you simply rewrote a story without checking any facts or verifying the source.

You’re right though, confusion doesn’t look very professional – maybe you should plead minor head trauma or something like that.
