Harry Potter may have revolutionized modern literature and have sold millions of copies worldwide but it has no match against the long time classics of Dr. Seuss, Harper Lee and E.B. White. In a recent poll by the Renaissance Learning Report, the classics of Dr. Seuss, Harper Lee and E.B. White are still widely read and still are favorites of students from the first grade to the fifth grade. Ms. Rowling’s Potter books are still widely read and its still within the Top 20 at the Renaissance Learning Web.
